The exclusive new collective for food professionals

The Food 100 Club is designed to convene the people shaping the future of the food system. To bring together leaders from business, government and civil society with the influence to drive both commercial success and meaningful policy change.

Its value lies in the calibre of those around the table. By carefully curating the membership from among the most impactful and innovative British food businesses, the Food 100 Club creates a space where senior decision-makers can exchange ideas, build relationships and tackle shared challenges across the food system.

Like the best private networks, the premise is simple: the stronger the collective, the more valuable the conversation, and the greater the potential to translate insight into business opportunity and influence policy outcomes.

What the Food 100 Club does

The Food 100 Club brings together leaders from across business, policy and civil society to engage with the issues shaping the future of the food system.

The focus is on the issues that matter to you. From technical, regulatory & legal developments and long-term structural challenges, to immediate pressures such as geopolitical shocks and emerging trends. The aim is simple: informed discussion that leads to meaningful action.

But this is more than a talking shop. By uniting organisations from business, policy and beyond, the Club aligns perspectives and accelerates action to deliver better outcomes for commercial performance, supply chain resilience, environmental sustainability and population health.

How we work

Engagement is designed to be both purposeful and personal, bringing the right people together at the right moment. Through a curated programme of in-person and digital events, the Club creates space for insight, forward-looking discussion and connection:

  • Intimate lunches and private roundtables
  • Larger receptions and flagship events
  • Targeted workshops and expert-led discussions
  • Online forums and ongoing dialogue
Why it matters

By aligning perspectives across sectors, the Food 100 Club helps turn shared challenges into coordinated action to support stronger businesses, more resilient supply chains, and better outcomes for the environment and public health.

Just as importantly, it creates a trusted network: a place to exchange ideas, develop relationships and unlock new opportunities.

The Food 100 Club Membership

The Club is an invitation-led network of 100 organisations and individuals shaping the future of the food system and united by a shared commitment to a resilient, productive and sustainable food value chain.

We are looking for members who are not only influential in their field, but motivated to engage. Who bring insight, challenge the status quo and contribute to solutions that deliver both commercial value and meaningful policy outcomes.

To ensure a breadth of perspective, we welcome applications from those operating across the food system and those influencing the environment in which it operates, including:

  • Businesses from across the full food value chain, from farm to fork
  • Banking, investment and professional services supporting the sector
  • Land-based education and skills providers
  • Media and news organisations shaping the public conversation
  • Leaders in science, research and technology driving innovation

Membership is deliberately selective to ensure a balance of perspectives. The Club is built on the belief that the most pressing challenges in the food system will not be solved within sector silos. By convening leaders across farming, manufacturing, retail, finance, policy and beyond, the Food 100 Club creates a rare space for cross-system thinking. It brings together leaders who would not typically share the same room to form new connections, challenge assumptions and deliver better solutions.

With membership capped at 100, the cohort is carefully shaped to maintain the quality and balance of the room. If you are looking to connect with peers at the forefront of the food system – and play a vital role in shaping its future – we encourage you to apply.
